SGUs (Significant Grid Users) include users with type B, C and D generating units. In practice: every generating module with installed capacity ≥ 0.2 MW (200 kW). PV, wind, hydro, CHP - same threshold. SOGL reporting in NEXIVO.

The 20 kW myth
Two duties get confused in the industry. A micro-installation above 10 kW must have a port for DSO commands: curtail or stop generation. That is not a generating-module work plan. SOGL reporting - PGEN, availability, daily forecast - starts at 200 kW.
Your own farm and a client portfolio
Your own farm from 200 kW: you are the SGU - you file yourself or grant rights. A portfolio of points: an O&M company or asset manager files from one NEXIVO account. The duty rests with the SGU; who files follows from DSO rights. In NEXIVO filing is automatic.
