D+9 horizon. Weather and meter.

SOGL forecasting is the daily generation forecast that becomes a generating-module work plan. From 200 kW you are an SGU: the operator wants numbers, not a guess. NEXIVO computes the source from weather and meter history at the PPE. Filing is a separate step – SOGL reporting.

What SOGL forecasting is

Not a slide with a chart. A computation of how much power the generating module will inject in each hour of the D+9 horizon: today and the next nine days. That number becomes PGEN. Without it there is nothing to file.

Weather and the meter. Not a regional average

The model learns your source: location, technology, meter history at the connection point. Two independent weather algorithms. If one stops responding, the other keeps the forecast.

On historical PV readings accuracy is about 94%. You see forecast versus meter at the PPE. If the plan diverges from reality, you see it before the DSO asks.

D+9 horizon and intervals

The network looks at the day. NEXIVO computes the same window and shows 15-minute and hourly intervals – whichever your DSO requires. Production, demand and balance on one timeline. Storage at the same PPE enters the net.

PV, wind, hydro, CHP, biogas

The threshold does not depend on technology. In one object you add photovoltaics, wind, hydro, CHP or biogas. The model takes what actually drives the source: sun, gusts, plant output, the reservoir. You enter outages before the run – otherwise the first hour already lies.

From forecast to the operator

The model computes every day. The system turns that into a work plan and files it with the DSO or TSO. That is SOGL reporting – a separate duty, the same day. What goes into the plan.
