SOGL reporting in NEXIVO – filing the work plan with the operator
Filing

Plan with the operator. Record in NEXIVO.

SOGL reporting is handing the generating-module work plan to the relevant DSO or TSO. Not email. Not a spreadsheet. The operator’s channel, the operator’s format, before the hour starts. From 200 kW the duty is daily. First the forecast has to exist.

What SOGL reporting is

The network operator gets the full set of planning data: PGEN, availability, own demand, outages. Horizon: D+9. Recipient: the DSO at the connection point; for type D also the TSO (PWDP). That is a duty toward system operation, not a trading schedule. SOGL vs balancing.

Who receives it, and how

Every DSO and the TSO in Poland has its own portal and its own file. NEXIVO files in that operator’s format and channel. The installation must be assigned at the DSO to Nivato’s account with forecasting rights. Without that the operator will not accept the data – whatever the model’s quality.

Monitoring from 14 April 2025

DSOs and the TSO check whether data for each hour went out before that hour started. The TSO and DSO notice of 25 March 2025. A missing plan is not something to fill in later. It is a gap in the network’s operating data.

NEXIVO computes overnight. By morning the plan is with the operator. You do not open a portal at 23:50.

A record of every filing

What went out, when, to whom, with which values. When a client, the DSO or an audit asks – you show the record, not an inbox. You run a portfolio from one account: your own source or the points you operate.

How to switch it on

A NEXIVO account, the source as an object, the meter profile, the DSO assignment request. The first month is free for setup. Then SOGL forecasting computes and reporting goes out on its own. Eight steps on the home page.

Add the object.
The plan goes out every day.
